If you are a:
▪ Taxi Company, or
▪ Service Company for the Taxi business, or
▪ Software related Service Provider, or
▪ anything similar to that
you could become a Local Partner for distributing and servicing our solution to Taxi Companies and Drivers in your area.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
▪ Configure Tariff structure and Dispatching on behalf of your clients.
▪ Supply Thermal Printers to drivers, or provide drivers with a reference where they can purchase devices.
▪ If required, supply of OBD dongles to drivers.
▪ Manage payout to drivers for trips arranged over Dispatching where passenger paid with pre-recorded credit card.
▪ First level support for drivers for any question they may have.
▪ Manage passenger complaints.
▪ Driver training, if needed
▪ Make sure that local laws and regulations are respected.

We offer:
▪ White Label versions of Passenger and Driver apps .
▪ You may charge a one-time setup fee to drivers.
▪ You may charge drivers on a recurring basis:
      – Preferred: charging drivers with a fixed monthly amount on top of the amount that you pay to us.
      – Alternative 1: You charge a fixed amount for every trip that is arranged over Dispatching.
      – Alternative 2: You charge a percentage of the fare of every trip that has been arranged over Dispatching.
▪ Your get exclusive rights for your area to make sure trips are routed to your drivers.
▪ New functional requirements will be treated with higher priority.
▪ In case you request driver and passenger apps to be available in your local language, and if you supply us with the translation, we will add your language to the apps.
